Development direction of production

(1) Rapidly developing the industrialization mode of photoelectric sensors from theoretical research to one-stop production, taking a leapfrog development path combining independent innovation and international cooperation, and making China a major producer of sensors in the world;

(2) The product structure of photoelectric sensors is comprehensive, coordinated, and continuously developing. The product variety should be inclined towards high-tech and high value-added, especially to fill the "blank" varieties;

(3) The production pattern is developing towards specialization. The specialized cooperation of various sensor enterprises in the production of sensors with few but refined categories, and specialized production of a certain type of sensor series products needed in a certain application field, in order to obtain a high market share;

(4) The large-scale production technology of photoelectric sensors is developing towards automation. There are various types and varieties of photoelectric sensors, and the sensitive materials used are different, which determines the diversity and complexity of sensor manufacturing technology. Looking at the current overview of the photoelectric sensor process line, most processes have achieved single machine automation, but there are still many difficulties in achieving full automation of the production process, which need to be overcome by widely adopting CAD, CAM, advanced automation equipment, and industrial robots in the future;

(5) The key technological transformation of enterprises should strengthen the shift from relying on imported technology to digesting, absorbing, and innovating independently;

(6) Enterprise management should accelerate its leapfrog development from a focus on the domestic market to an internationalization direction that combines domestic and foreign markets;

(7) The enterprise structure will develop towards a pattern of "large, medium, and small development simultaneously" and "coexistence of group and specialized production"
